I’m a degree-qualified nutritionist specialising in sustainable fat loss and long-term maintenance for women over 35 navigating hormonal changes. I help clients break free from fad diets and conflicting advice to achieve lasting results without restriction or extreme approaches.
​
From a young age, health and fitness have been central to my life. I trained consistently, prioritised movement, and made mindful choices around food and lifestyle. Over time, hormonal changes and a more sedentary job taught me how much the body can shift — even when habits remain largely the same. That experience sparked my curiosity and led me to complete a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences.

Before becoming a nutritionist, I spent over a decade as a team leader, coaching and developing people. That taught me valuable lessons about time management, organisation, and supporting others - lessons I now pass on to my clients to show that time should never be a barrier to good health.
​
My approach is nurturing, structured, and evidence-based. I focus on helping women build realistic, sustainable habits that work in real life, habits that often benefit the whole household. Movement, balanced eating, and mindset are all part of the journey, not perfection.
