    From an early age, health and nutrition have been more than a career choice — they’ve been a way of life. I was a passionate gym-goer in my teens and early twenties, regularly training and running. Even while working in contact centres, I stuck to my homemade meals and healthy habits.

    ​

    Fitness and wellbeing continue to shape my family life too. My partner has owned a gym for over ten years, so movement, wellbeing, and healthy habits are part of our family life. Over the years, the way I move my body has evolved — from gym training five days a week to outdoor power walking, and now, as a mum of two, finding moments of movement wherever I can. Whether it's power walks, getting outdoors with the children or heading to the gym during school hours, movement is still a core part of my routine.

    My coaching skills grew during my years as a team leader, and when I wanted to turn my passion for health into a career, I pursued a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences at the University of Central Lancashire. The practical experience I gained — from lab work and Bod Pod testing to gym instructor planning, has been invaluable in helping clients achieve real, sustainable results.

    Since becoming self-employed, I’ve supported a wide range of clients. While my speciality is fat loss and weight management, I’ve also helped clients reverse pre-diabetes, manage diabetes more effectively and improve nutritional health for fertility. No matter the goal, my approach is always the same: realistic, sustainable habits that can be maintained for life.

    I genuinely care about the people I work with. My 1:1 clients receive ongoing message support whenever they need guidance, encouragement, or help staying on track — so they never feel like they’re doing it alone. My bespoke meal plans are extremely detailed and highly personalised. They take weeks to build because I refuse to create anything generic; every ingredient is chosen specifically for your goals, preferences, lifestyle, and tastes. There will be no ingredient you do not like!

    My services are best suited to those who have tried fad diets or followed countless plans that simply didn’t work long-term. I don’t advocate for dieting — I help you build habits that feel as natural as brushing your teeth.
