    Allergies & Medical Conditions

    At White Nutrition, we aim to support clients with allergies and medical conditions wherever possible. However, there may be instances where support falls outside our professional remit. To ensure safety and suitability, please disclose all medical conditions before signing up. If you are unsure whether your situation is suitable, please contact us prior to completing your registration.

    Client Engagement and Data Sharing

    To ensure effective support and progress tracking, clients are expected to provide regular, real-time data—such as weigh-in results or body measurements or complete check ins—and to actively engage with communications. If sufficient data is not provided, or if a client becomes unresponsive, White Nutrition reserves the right to cancel the membership without refund. Active participation is essential for achieving meaningful results.

    Weekly Q&A Sessions and 24/7 Community Message Support (<72-hour response time)

    These community-based channels are designed to support general education, motivation, and group progress around fat loss, maintenance, nutrition, and health. You are welcome to ask questions such as how to overcome fat-loss plateaus, address common challenges, or stay consistent. However, these channels are not intended for personalised coaching.

    You may still submit personal questions, but responses will be prioritised based on what is most relevant to the broader group. This means some queries—particularly those that are highly individual—may not be addressed immediately or in full, depending on community priorities.​

    Options for Tailored Support

    For in-depth, personalised support, clients are encouraged to either:

    ​

    • Book a private consultation (consultation fee applies), or

    • Upgrade your membership to include Immersive Support, which allows community meal plans to be adapted to your food preferences and includes one-to-one calls each month for personalised guidance.​

    ​

    The Nutrition and Lifestyle Membership with Immersive Support is priced at £700 for 6 months or £1,400 for a year’s support (less than £27 per week). As this service includes one-to-one elements, spaces are limited.

    ​

    This upgrade includes:

    1. Two one-to-one telephone calls per month for problem-solving, plan tailoring, and extra accountability

    2. Weekly online check-ins with personalised feedback

    3. The ability to ask personalised questions via private messaging 24/7

    4. Priority 1:1 message support (<24-hour response time)

    5. Adaptations to community meal plan ingredients based on your food preferences

    6. A complimentary initial consultation (45-1 hour) in-person at NRGym Keighley or online. The consultation will be informal, non-judgemental, and focused on understanding your health, diet, lifestyle, and goals.

    Troubleshooting Consultations

    In some cases, a paid troubleshooting consultation may be necessary to resolve complex issues. Every effort will be made to proactively address challenges such as weight plateaus or regressions, but when deeper analysis is required, a private session will be recommended. Consultations currently last approximately 45 minutes and are priced at £50 (subject to change).

    Monthly Community Fat Loss & Maintenance Basic Meal Plan

    Founding members will receive a monthly Community Fat Loss & Maintenance Basic Meal Plan. This plan is not personalised and has been designed using calorie and macronutrient targets suitable for an average-height, average-weight woman without medical conditions, aimed at either losing body fat or maintaining weight.

    Food preferences may differ from your own, but you will receive the version that aligns with your goal — fat loss or weight maintenance. This guide provides structure and inspiration for your meals, considering macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats), fibre, and sodium.

    The expectation is that you will swap meals and adapt the plan rather than following it 100% of the time. For this reason, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) are not considered in detail — unlike what our one-to-one clients require.

    Fat loss using the Community Meal Plans may be slower than with the Immersive Support because members are allocated the plan that best aligns with average calorie and macronutrient targets, rather than having it fully personalised. With immersive support, meal plans can be adapted to individual needs, helping maximise results — for example, achieving fat loss of up to 2lb per week if that is your goal. Community Meal Plans typically support fat loss of 0.5–2lb per week, depending on how close you are to an average height and weight for a woman, as well as your activity levels.

    If you are pre-diabetic, you would require the immersive support version of this membership to fully benefit from the meal plans because your nutrition needs must be more closely personalised. This includes tailored carbohydrate portions, guidance on how to combine macronutrients effectively, meal timing considerations, and support to manage blood sugar levels safely — elements not included in the basic community meal plan. You can still benefit from other features of the membership, such as community support, weekly Q&As, and general guidance on healthy habits if you wish to join.

    Payment Options

    The membership requires a minimum six-month commitment, as long-term results take time to achieve. However, if making the full payment upfront would be difficult, please contact us to discuss available payment options.

    Cancellation and Membership Pause

    You may cancel your membership at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused time; however, access will remain active through the end of your paid term.

    ​

    Membership pauses are not offered. However, if your circumstances change—for example, if you become pregnant and no longer require fat loss support—you may follow the Maintenance Success Path, focusing more on overall health improvement.
