    This is a women’s only membership (18+), with content and resources especially suited for women aged 30 and over.  It would be a perfect fit for you if any of the following apply;

    • You currently have an eating disorder. If you have previously had an eating disorder only the maintenance pathway may be suitable.

    • You are looking for a quick fix

    • This membership works best for women who are open to trying new strategies and stepping outside their comfort zone.

    • This isn’t the right fit if you're currently not ready to reduce takeaways, alcohol, or processed foods — even in moderation

    • ​You're currently following an overly intense or excessive exercise routine that doesn't allow for proper recovery.

    • If you're working with a personal trainer focused on protein or overly intense workouts, our approach to fat loss may not align, as we take a more holistic and sustainable approach.

    • Meal Plans: You’ll be assigned a plan that best supports your goals — whether that’s sustainable fat loss, weight maintenance, or general health improvement. Plans are community-based and not individually customised unless you choose to upgrade for immersive support.

    • Community Support: *Weekly Q&As and *24/7 Community Message Assist are provided for general guidance and support only; they do not replace personalised coaching.
